Dionne McCreery Dining Experience is based in Saffron Walden, Essex.
The business is managed by Dionne McCreery, who has 13 years’ experience within the hospitality and catering industry. Dionne’s Work history includes managing director’s fine dining events and business lunches and dinners at Merrill Lynch, Channel 4, Channel 5, FA Soho square, National Gallery and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Dionne moved from management within corporate hospitality in London to start her up her own private catering business in Saffron Walden.
Dionne has been passionate about food for as long as she remembers, most childhood memories are food related. Brought up in a home where food was always prepared with fresh ingredients and made with love.
The first 10 years of her culinary career working within corporate hospitality gave her many opportunities to hang out in the kitchen and watch eagle eyed as the chefs created their dishes.
Eventually Dionne’s passion for cooking superseded the management side and decided to take the plunge and begin catering privately.
Dionne prides her herself on her knowledge of Asian food and this is her absolute passion and her niche market.
Dionne credits her culinary creativity to her travels, her very Dear Auntie Marg, friends who have had to endure years of Dionne talking of nothing else but food and many of the amazing chefs she has had the opportunity to work alongside in her career.
She wishes to grow and develop her business and still has many dreams to fulfil, including the art of sushi making!
